  • What are the platform fees?
    VYNFLUENCER charges a 10% service fee for self-managed campaigns and 15% for managed campaigns, significantly lower than industry standards.
  • How does escrow payment protection work?
    Payments are securely held in escrow until both parties fulfill their agreement, ensuring a fair and safe collaboration.
  • When do I receive my payment as a creator?
    Once the brand approves the deliverables, escrow releases the payment to you within X business days (depending on the payment method).
  • Can I negotiate rates with brands/creators?
    Yes, both parties can discuss pricing before finalizing a collaboration through our secure messaging system.
  • How do I select and finalize an influencer or creative?
    Brands can review applications, shortlist candidates, and finalize the selection based on their profiles, engagement rates, and past work.
  • What happens after a creator is selected?
    A contract is generated outlining deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. The creator begins work upon mutual agreement.
  • How does the approval process for deliverables work?
    Brands can request revisions before approving final content. Payment is only released when the deliverables meet the agreed terms.

    Yes, there are no restrictions on how many campaigns a creator can participate in simultaneously.
  • How are disputes handled?
    If a disagreement arises, our dispute resolution team will review the contract, deliverables, and communication to determine a fair resolution.
  • What if a creator doesn’t meet expectations?
    Brands can request revisions. If the issue remains unresolved, the escrow system ensures that funds are only released upon satisfactory completion.
  • Can I cancel a campaign after it has started?
    Cancellations depend on the terms agreed upon in the contract. If work has already begun, refunds may be subject to review.
  • How do refunds and cancellations work?
    Refund requests go through our dispute resolution process. If a campaign does not proceed as agreed, eligible funds may be refunded based on case review.
